My artistic practice is deeply rooted in process, technique, and the thoughtful use of mediums and colours. I seem to gravitate toward a distinct palette of red, pink, orange, green, and blue, colours that carry symbolic meaning and resonate with me personally and artistically. These colours often reflect my inner world, enabling me to explore themes of self-reflection, personal growth, and emotional expression.

Creating art is a meaningful and purposeful experience for me. I approach my work organically, allowing ideas to develop naturally rather than forcing them, which ensures authenticity and depth. Much of my work centres on themes such as the female form, mental health, and personal development. These subjects not only reflect my own journey but also serve as a platform for broader conversations about identity and resilience.

I find immense satisfaction in creating art that is both reflective and cohesive. By focusing on how individual pieces come together to form a larger theme or narrative, I make the creative process less overwhelming while ensuring that the work remains intentional. This approach allows me to balance the spontaneity of expression with the structure of storytelling, creating art that feels both personal and universally relatable.

Ultimately, my practice is a space for exploration, reflection, and growth. It is as much about the journey as the final piece, with each artwork serving as a meaningful expression of my identity and my evolving perspective as an artist.
